Comparing Manny to Rizal is the main symptom of pactardation to its fullest...

Sure pac gave us some honors by being a super elite world-class athlete, but outside the ring, his political and philosophical views, FFS even his intelligence, are very questionable.

I think it's already time to properly categorize the increasing numbers of pactardation. I will put TS as pactard heavyweight (highest level). :D

Jose Rizal is an american imposed national hero in collaboration with filipino elite. it is to make us feel that only amongst them get to the top but always gives us hope some of us can make it.. Manny Pacquiao is accidental. a deviation from a standard pattern. a freak. the filipino super elite, those control the economy and political situation of the country can only watch in bewilderment at this turn of events.

I never knew that Rizal was willing to be shot by firing squad anytime, anywhere for the sake of Pinoys. Did he volunteered?
The last time I read, death penalty was imposed on him.

I guess the only person here who's willing to die for someone is Subersive. Guess for whom.

all due respect to Pac and to you TS...

but there's no comparison!

Rizal sacrificed and died for us Filipinos...

Pacquiao swims in the "entertainment" and sports industry...

while Rizal fought what he believed in (for our country) and died in doing so..

Yea I remembered as a kid when we studied his life and times that he was put into trial and then to be executed.....right ? but nonetheless he died for our country.
