it seems that pacquiao is not interested to face floyd because if he wants to he can.

floyd should be the one to say that hes not ready to fight not arum..

Floyd is the one responsible for not making the fight happen.....due to his high demands.

Arum will never let that fight happen. It will expose how bad Pacquiao's contract is. It will show the disparity in earnings between the two, and Arum will have to explain that.

actually it's the other way around. let's check back what happened:

when the first negotiation took place mayweather demanded the olympic size drug testing. something that was never done in the past nor being a requirement of the NSAC. pacquiao also never had a history of being tested positive for any banned substance. the fight didn't happened because of that demand.

when they finally pacquiao give in to floyd's demand, the latter stated that he just don't like fighting at that time and wants to have a time off from the sports for a while, the urge is simply not in him at that time, to the shock of a lot of boxing fans.

the 3rd negotiation if you can call it as such came from floyd himself. pressure by the fact that a lot are clamoring for the fight to happen and many believe that he is actually ducking pacquiao, floyd called manny and offer him 50m without ppv share. of course manny turned it down because manny stand to earn a lot more in a guaranteed purse split plus ppv share type of arrangement.

who's ducking who? it's clear as daylight its floyd duckweather! :biglaugh:

No doubt about it. But have we noticed Manny heaves a big sigh of relief everytime
Floyd ducks first? Or was it only Bob Arum? :D
