well, the best reasoning for Marquez should have done was: ASKING FOR WINNER TAKES ALL PRIZE MONEY because this is a 4th battle and that people will have no doubt. Anyways, Pacquiao is willing im sure just as the pacman also telling to have the Mayweather-Pacman fight.
