If ever you may choose between pacquiaos victory or the suffering of our countrymen due to a powerful earthwake or a devastating typhoon,which one will you choose? no one would choose pacs victory for sure if ever there is,somethings wrong with such mind.

1. Do you want Pacquiao to win, but in return there will be a calamity? OR
2. Do you want Pacquiao to lose, but in return there will be no calamity?

Is that correct?

If that's the case then I will say yes to #2.
Your question is weird though since the two factors you mention (Pacquiao fight and calamity) are not related.

because he trains in bagyo city and now these tyhpoons/bagyo punches our country in powerful combinations ,circling our country in different wierd angles,koed by ondoy and pepeng and now there is another one coming in a powerful west/left straight directed to head,hope our country would not be in coma..... :(
