PACQUIAO SPRAINS HIS ANKLE PLAYING BASKETBALL
http://philboxing.com/news/story-86384.html

"He said the sprain occurred during a third consecutive game of basketball he played the previous evening but shrugged it off saying “It's not the first time,” conceding that his failure to use an ankle support and to tape his ankles led to the injury but stressed “its okay.”

Pacquiao said that he will continue to play basketball even when he starts serious training for his showdown with Brandon “Bam Bam” Rios in Macau on November 24, although celebrated trainer Freddie Roach has, in the past, expressed his concern over playing basketball while training for a fight precisely because of the risk of injury."

Tigas talaga ng ulo ni Freewheeze....hhehehe

Pacman can improve footwork w/o playing basketball....
its very risky..1 Hard fall....baaamm! Fight will be cancelled!

I suggest he focus on tennis or badminton..same footwork..more safety!

His decision not to use ankle support is nothing different from his past decision to use low-quality socks in his fight against Morales.
Same result—injury. Baka gusto ni Manny tumulong sa Gilas.
