OFTHEFUCKINGCOURSE, McGregor is so much taller and heavier than Pac, he looked as Big as Canelo Alvarez last night. PACs limitation rested on the fact that he is just a junior welter at best, who campaigned as a welterweight.

Because Floyd run all the time then a little bit punch here and there then boxing commentator praise him for doing that. He knows Manny is a treat .

Yes...Manny was a treat. Floyd had him for dessert that night.

At least McGregor was competitive with Floyd for the first 5 rounds and was more or less even with Floyd for those rounds,
where as Pac was NOT competitive with Mayweather at all... and Pac was in his "BEST SHAPE EVER..."

McGregor tried his best, while Pac made excuses

Irish were proud of Mac after the fight....whereas Pinoys were butt hurt and cried that Pacquiao lost nearly all 12 rounds against Floyd in a very boring fight. only some delusional fans here on Philboxing insist Pacquiao won after watching in slow motion with the sound off LOL

there you go, theres the difference.

Ok, as a newbie with no boxing experience, McGregor did good, surviving more than 4 rounds (typical debut length) against an elite, legendary, former world champion and a former P4P #1... If any, it was AXF who performed worse because of that, he even lose more than a round...

MoneyMay played it smart to both fights...

Pac fight - he played defensively knowing Pacquiao is big in offense
Mac fight - he played it offensively knowing that Macgregor is tired already

Like all good analyst had said, Floyd drag Mac to deep waters...

---

The same thing would happen, if the fight was in a MMA rule, the fight will not last 1 round.

At least it was entertaining.

Irish fans are the best. What about Philipinio fans?

Things he missed:

1. Taking a knee to get a breather
2. Going all out on the first two rounds to get a KO
3. Using the jab and his length to back pedal, he had a great jab (better than Pacquiao) and he was landing it in the early rounds

he did better than pacquiao in the first 2 rounds.
he was using his height and reach he was outboxing mayweather
and countering mayweather's ovehand right with his left uppercut
the problem is conor is not used to on going 12 rounds and his boxing footwork is not that good yet.
and he doesn't yet know how to fight on the inside when he needs to dig in the body and bend his knees and twist his body to increase the impact of his punches, instead of back pedaling to the right and loosing his balance. This is his first fight in pro boxing and he did really well against mayweather. he was not knocked out. he gassed out and loss
on a tko. he will improve, he needs to hire the likes of kenny porter or virgil hunter to train him

conor looked better bcoz floyd tactically made him look like that.. when will u see floyd forward moving?.. he knows he can take conor's amateur boxing punches and made him punch himself out.. can u imagine a forward moving floyd against pac, floyd gonna be pac's dinner bro.. LOL

smart monkey floyd easily picks the right opponent to make an instant 50-0..

it's just tactics.. and this specific tactic floyd used is applied against guess what?.. amateurs!!..

McG did better in terms of southpaw technique in the 1st 5 rounds. floyd had no choice but to come forward. if he stayed outside McG will win rounds on points and positioning lol...until he gasses out ofc. buuuuuuuuuuut...his cardio sucks. he needs to work on that big time if he wants to box for consecutive big paydays.

and he needs to gets used to throwing shorter hard shots on the inside, coz he'll defo get pressured by smaller guys who have no choice than to pressure since McG has the reach. he can box on the outside very well tho

floyd didnt move forward on pac becoz floyd had the reach / positioning advantage. he basically just stayed outside and beat pac with just the jab

8)

“That’s because I wasn’t counter-punching and boxing, the reason why he probably landed a higher percentage or landed more shots than those guys was because I was coming straight ahead, I was barely moving, knocking his shots down a little bit and just breaking him down”

yawn...
