Roache's new prodige Saint Piere basically trained boxing and a left hook was what stunned his opponent the British. Okay, well, look at this if people older than Manny can do it, why Manny cannot?

Which means your age does not matter that much don't you think? But you take the vote and decide

GSP is in better conditioning, he is not lazy like Manny. He does all the work, no shortcuts, no distractions, no pastors, no politics.

GSP lives, breathes, the martial arts.

Training with Freddie Roach really help GSP a lot. That short left shot (semi hook hook probably) did Bisping in. He does not know what hit him and GSP throws tons of elbows and finally almost choke him to sleep.

He could no longer do it at 36 since he is already 38 turning 39 come December 17, 2017. Maybe at 39. :)

comparing boxing & MMA is like apples to oranges... the no. of rounds lang 12 in boxing, only 5 in MMA... in boxing, may 8 oz gloves, sa boxing parang wala lang yung nakalagay sa kamay at daliri... sa boxing, you only use your hands/fists, in MMA you can use almost any part of your body to hurt your opponent
