Who cares about rate/rated/rating.. The accomplishments will speak for itself and it will echo for generations to come.

Who is the Greatest? is still open to debate. If you base it on achievements and awards in-and-out of boxing, I would say Pacquiao is within the top 3 Greatest of All Time.

Manny Pacquiao is Not under-rated nor underappreciated, Bert Sugar called him the Greatest Southpaw boxer of All Time

Most American Boxing Fans still like Manny Pacquiao and is why he is still a PPV draw despite
not being the Knockout Artist he once was.

I've often stated there are 3 Pacquiao's
1.0-Before Freddie Roach
2.0 From Ledwaba 2001 to Margarito 2010 (So Thrilling even casual and non boxing Fans bought his PPV bouts)
3.0 2011 to present (His first fight in 2011 against Moseley demonstrated he wasn't going for the Kill anymore)

MP is a BRAND. The Brand that made him the most popular fighter in boxing was DYNAMIC KNOCKOUTS.
That guy (2.0) doesn't exist anymore. Therefore only diehard boxing fans are still interested in watching Manny Box.

I don't think Manny Pacquiao is underrated. Manny is well embraced in the USA and all over the world that's for sure no problem about that. Manny is one of the All Time Greats period! There are handful of All Time Greats but if you select one of them and declare The Greatest of them all then we will have a problem. Hefty of debates come in because of that subjective logic of the arguments will always play sh!t in a debate. There will never be a winner in a subjective debates.

What has JMM something to do with this thread?

Anyway, he will... He defeated MAB, Pacquiao and Juan Diaz...

Err, JMM is a shoe-in hall of famer.
5-division title holder.
Only Mexican to do it.

He never became a 5-division champion... He tried, but failed twice... But being a 4-division champion is enough for him to be in the HoF...

True.
Robbed in the third fight against Pac imo.
Was ducked by Hamed , Morales and Espinosa at 126.

Ken Norton never won a title fight.
Esteban de Jesus had one huge win.

I personally don't think it's a robbery, 1st and 2nd fight I think were the robberies...

True, quite weird that sanctioning bodies just gave away titles like that before...
