GOOGLE it, bopols

It was not evaded , it was answered. Go to the website. If at all the accountability lies with the LGUs. http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/650304/rox ... assistance

In addition Dinky Soliman mentioned that a great portion of the funds went to the United Nations. http://www.philstar.com/headlines/2015/ ... un-soliman

Do you ever wonder why there no case of corruption filed against Roxas or Aquino on the Yolanda funds if that was the case? The website holds the agencies and local government units who received the assistance accountable.

Roxas was pilloried for that comment against Romualdez but look at how much assistance the good mayor received. http://www.gmanetwork.com/news/story/38 ... bilitation

And how much was misspent.
http://www.thedailypedia.com/2016/07/ta ... nda-funds/

Perhaps you are not doing your due diligence. You also have to read the news and relevant articles to pinpoint accountability. Now tell me with that type of assistance does Roxas' one liner "Bahala kayo sa buhay ninyo" still apply.

So you're going Trump's way - The "Donald" went to Mexico and said that the cost of building the wall and who will shoulder it was not discussed - the Mexican President however categorically stated that Mexico will never shoulder the cost.

Duterte exhibits the same traits. He lied about his election contributors, he lied about pork barrel, he admits to planting evidence and sowing intrigues. This was demonstrated in the fabricated BDO bank accounts used against De Lima. Duterte hasn't even cleared his name on the BPI issue , that waiver never came out.
Straight from Duterte's loose lips. http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/808126/dut ... -intrigues

Duterte is also a hypocrite - he is pleading for mercy in the Veloso case. I have nothing against her and wish her the best. But she had due process and was able to ventilate her side. Based on that she was able to gain our sympathy. But how many of those EJK victims had the same opportunity. Nada.
And Duterte is quick to jump at the opportunity to gain pogi points with the attendant publicity. Duterte is the ultimate epal.

Oh my God,tell me it isn't the old Emmanuel ranting in a self-righteous gruff manner again.

May i ask if you currently live in the Philippines or still living somewhere in Canada watching ABS- CBN news and drinking beers up late. I would like to know who did you vote last election? You sound so negative, dude. Roxas, Poe or Mirriam? Come on, let's look behind your candidate's track record and see if it reflects your intellect.

Answer the comments don't divert the issue. Come on now. Diversion is a tool for those who cannot effectively rebut. And that's your hallmark if I remember correctly.

Do your due diligence before you conjecture - there is a Yolanda website which details all of the projects. There is a foreign aid transparency hub which enumerates the donor nations and their pledges. Everything is open to the public including the donor nations and so far I haven't heard any of those nations complain about the accuracy of the data.
Most of the donations also went back to the United Nations , read and be informed. http://www.philstar.com/headlines/2015/ ... un-soliman

Liar!Come on. Stop lying to us yellow tard. That's all you morons have been doing for 30 years. Corruption & manakaw! You think we will listen to your lies this time.SHOW US WHERE THE MONEY IS!! Nag sinungaling wala kayong hiya.Kapal ng mga mukha nyo pinaghirapan lng nyo ang taong bayan.

Down boy - let's see who's lying - You said 30 years right. Do you have a calculator by your side - this is a very difficult math problem for someone like you.

Cory Aquino - 1986 - 1992 - 6 years
Pnoy -2010 - 2016 - 6 years
_______? Do you have your calculator ready? It might take you years to solve this complicated math conundrum.

And those two terms were not even consecutive. In between we have

1. Fidel Ramos - is he a yellow tard - doubt it even if was part of the EDSA group - he urged Duterte to run didn't he?
2. Joseph Estrada - definitely not, more of a Marcos loyalist
3. Of course Ate Gloria Arroyo - definitely not yellow after she was incarcerated.

So by what mathematical calculation were you able to arrive at 30 years. So go wag your tail back to Duterte.

Now do you have your English dictionary ready. Have another one Tagalog English one just in case. I am going to copy paste a portion of the article, now this was not some dubious site which Duterte minions are so fond of creating , this is a major broadsheet , and the United Nations never disputed what Dinky Soliman said.

Quote:
Quote:
A big chunk of foreign government and private donations to post-relief and recovery efforts for victims of Super Typhoon Yolanda went to UN agencies and not the government, Social Welfare Secretary Corazon Soliman said yesterday.

In an update on the Yolanda recovery and rehabilitation efforts, Soliman told the Kapihan sa Manila Bay breakfast media forum at the Luneta Hotel that only a fraction of the donations went to government coffers.

“Close to 95 percent were directly handed over to UN agencies such as the World Food Program, UNICEF (United Nations Children’s Fund) and Habitat (for Humanity),” she said.

The Department of Social Welfare and Development said the government received only P17 billion – P1.2 billion in cash and P1.269 billion in kind – of the P73 billion in aid pledges from the international community.

Soliman said the remaining P14 billion went to non-government organizations and multilateral organizations, among others.

Tsk tsk , were you able to figure out the math. Now here's another one - Answerable by yes or no.

Did Duterte have major financial contributors in his election campaign? Yes or NO

Is the pork barrel back in whatever form? Yes or NO

GOOGLE it, bopols

Oh why are government websites important?

The main arguments of Enrile, Revilla and company was their signatures were forged, those transactions never passed their desks.

A government website detailing the specific disbursements per lawmaker , including the project , the location and specifics would be an oversight tool.

They might not have seen the papers but if their names were on the website as the beneficiaries of those monies, then they would have been made aware of any anomaly in their respective offices possibly nipping it at the bud.

Now even the public has access to those websites - if for example a road project in Arayat Pampanga in a specific baranggay is non existent , residents of that particular area can upload videos or make comments of the situation.

Tsk tsk lost for a rational argument again. Okay dito nahulog.

"In a separate press conference, Lacson said that Tacloban City had received about P6.1 billion funds for its projects and programs — the "biggest amount" extended to an LGU. -"

Now answer the questions on Duterte and don't divert the issue or takbuhin ka talaga.
