If the fight pushes through, WBA will automatically promote Pacquiao as the Super champion without waiting for October/November rankings... WBA, WBC and WBO will make another commemorative belts for the winner...

AXF would demand for a 70-30 split and can choose the gloves...

Not sure how much AXF has declined since his McGregor fight, but he looked really horrible during that fight, given that it was McGregor's first boxing match... About Pacquiao, it would be slightly different if he chooses not to hire Roach again and he also declined in a big way...
