Actually Leonard himself was accused of steroids coming to the Hearns fight.

they didnt have the blood testing technology back then dude

Another example why Pacfans have a bad reputation of being dumb about boxing.

Gayweather wins is also questionable by using Xylocaine drug.
Reigncourts answers:
Taong Bato is correct on Leonard but NSAC (All Commissions) didn’t test for steroids
that time.
The Subversive is correct. In Sugar Ray Robinson’s & Ali’s time Steroids, EPO & HGH didn’t exist in the market.
Concon is correct. Xylocaine is not allowed a week before a fight by NSAC for safety reasons.
The facts are:
Tests for steroids started in 2000 for USADA & 2005 for NSAC.
Tests for EPO started about 2000 for USADA & None for NSAC.
Tests for HGH started about 2000 for USADA only but not scientifically sound.
Reason I posted this is to show that not all Pinoys are dumb about Boxing, at least in
relation to Random Blood B/S of the Mayweather Commission. In fact I am willing to
debate with JoeyInCali on this subject one of these days, just to prove not all PacFans
like us are dumb about boxing. Lets erase that "bad reputation" (?) guys!
