A trainer should know how to balance
running, rest and lots of water hydration
and not that multi level company pills
and protein shakes. In my own experience
too much pills can cause extreme dehydration.

This might only sound dumb to fatsos.
But hope Ariza read this and research more
about protein supplements. It causes dehydration
that can harm the muscles. As well as multiple
pill supplements. It's hard for the kidneys, that's
why your urine turns to dark yellow after taking
these pills.

Sure, it made his gloves yellow too.

Ariza said Manny over-trained. Sixteen rounds of mitts? Besides the other training he does? Matindi.

He was advised to rest on Thursday and he still ran. No longer Ariza's fault.

Ariza better be careful.
Freddie might hear him.
Freddie definitely overtrained Pac for the first EM fight .
I saw it myself and asked Freddie.
10 weeks of training ? On their third week of training I watched them train.
Freddie should have had Pac lay off the mitts and bag and just do the morning workout for 3 weeks. Hell, they had to gain weight anyway. It was Pac's first fight at 130.

I think Freddie agrees with Ariza. It is Manny wanting to train harder than the program Freddie and Ariza designed.

Exactly.

It is good he is motivated to train. Better than being lazy. But overtraining, he should understand now, has its consequences.

Their training camp was different. They emphasized more on strength rather than speed.
"POWER PACMAN" is slow... but it packs a lot of Power. It only misses though.
If Pacquiao can move his legs, he might hit Mosley more. He moves faster in his previous fights.
But he is still a monster especially on round 3. The problem with Manny today is he's using the jab-straight again
He's using it a lot which made him very predictable that's why he misses a lot.
Mosley would duck every time he knew Pac would unleash the "destroyer (left straight).

Mosley on his part was just trying to survive, and you cant blame him. If you were Mosley, would you run?? or would you prefer to die?? Mosley is also waiting to unleash his killer right but it did not happen.

Pacquiao tried so hard to knock Mosley he look disappointed after the bell rings on 12th. Pacquiao had superb performance still. Even though he's not in his very best condition he can still beat or knock them down (not knock out).

I'm expecting Pac to have a little balance next time he enters the ring. Power,Speed, Accuracy, Unpredictability. and more Footwork. Freddie should let Manny play more basketball.
