Fast and short crisp punches will put Marquez in trouble. Mark my words. :D

Ha ha ha Sure they always bite the bait....Here are some of them bigger than Marquez...

http://www.sportinglife.com/boxing/news ... 54827.html

Round 3: Surprising so far how often Pacquiao has stayed in range of Margarito - would have expected him to dart in and out far more. Such quick hands but does he have the power to hurt Margarito? That we have yet to find out. Lovely left hook from Manny but Margarito has some chin. Margarito claims use of the head by Pacquiao - Manny touches his glove and boxes on. Pacquiao on the ropes now and counters beautifully. Margarito just smiles. Wide looping right from Margarito thuds against the gloves of Pacquiao. Better rhythm from Pacman in this session. Right straight down the middle scores again. Manny's round.

Pacquiao 10 Margarito 9

Round 2: Out for the second after a fascinating opening session. Manny not backing off - looking for the chance to dart in and out. Margarito plodding forward as ever. Nice right hand from Margarito that does land to the side of Pacquiao's face. Followed by a left. Not big shots but a reminder to Manny that this one might not be easy. Then the Pacman hits back with two lovely combinations. Right and then a left both hit home - great precision from the seven-time world champion. Pacquiao staying in range and Margarito lands another right. Solid straight left to follow up. Decent round this. Does Manny have the power at light-middle to discourage a big man like Margarito? Excellent round - I scored it even.

Pacquiao 10 Margarito 10

Round 1: Under way at long last in Cowboys Stadium and Pacquiao pops out the right jab early doors. Size difference massive - Pacquiao weighed 148 tonight unofficially, Margarito 165 - a 17-pound edge for the Mexican. Manny as you'd expect doing more of the work early but Margarito firing back with the jab. Pacquiao having some success early. Long left just misses the target. Lovely one-two combination from Pacquiao - straight right between the guard of Margarito lands with a thud. Pacquiao makes Margarito miss and then lands an uppercut just before the bell. Manny's round.

Pacquiao 10 Margarito 9

Round Three: Manny again a 1/3 shot now, with Cotto 5/2. How will Miguel respond and has he regained his composure? We'll find out in the next three minutes. Slightly uncertain start from Pacquiao in the first but he really found his comfort zone in the second. Again on the attack early in the third. COTTO IS DOWN. Takes a standing count from Bayless after getting straight back up. Hit by a counter. He's unravelling here - being punished for every mistake he makes. And he is making them. Lovely left hook from Cotto - you really can't see this going the distance at present. Cotto not happy about something, not sure what. Body shots from Miguel, Manny shakes his head as if to say they're not hurting. Manny again darting in and out, landing with that left hand that destroyed Ricky Hatton so totally back in May. Good uppercut from Cotto. Another super round, and a fascinating fight so far. Cotto's strength against Manny's speed. Definitely Manny's round - 10-8 with the knockdown. 29-27 for me.

Round Two: Sky Bet odds after the first shortening a little on Cotto - 7/4 from a pre-bell 5/2. Manny 2/5 from 1/3. Body shot from Cotto early in the second - the pair starting to exchange now. Good left hand from Manny. Better from Manny now - combination that ends with a super uppercut. Doubt for the first time in the mind of Cotto. Left hook from Miguel as he hits back. Super action in the second. Good straight left from Manny, he's starting to find his range in this round. And his rhythm. Dangerous moments from Cotto, who is a little ragged. Turned southpaw. Needs to get his head together, and fast. Pacquiao unloaded in the final 10 seconds. Cotto hits back with a left. Cracking round, and definitely Manny's session. 19-19 for me so far.

Round One: The months of waiting are over and we're under way in the biggest fight of 2009 so far. Will Manny go for the fast start Freddie Roach promised? Cotto fighting out of that orthodox stance. Throws out a jab early doors. Manny lands a right counter. High guard from Cotto, lands a left. Manny as you'd expect quicker and moving more. Cotto moving forward with purpose, and spearing out that left jab - plenty of power in it as the Puerto Rican is naturally left-handed. Cotto again moving forward - unloads with a couple of body shots. Another nice jab - promising start from Cotto. That Cotto jab definitely the key weapon in round one. Manny knows he has his hands full here - Cotto unloads as the bell sounds. Cotto's round for me.

PAC will throw a fake right jab then quickly follow up a left straight to PEE's face then quickly move one step to the right, PEE will surely counter with a right wide angle punch, but can't hit PAC because PAC is quite far to the left of PEE, PAC just waved his head down then PEE's punch went past across and hit nothing. PAC then quickly counter punch PEE with a right uppercut hitting PEE's jaw! and everything went black for PEE. It's the worst nightmare for PEE!

Nacho would stop the fight, just like the de la Hoya match.

A right uppercut followed by a chopping right an a left cross might be the winning combination.

Intersesting observation TS....

I stick by my Prediction that after multiple vicious combos through the first six rounds, Nacho steps in the Ring in the 7th Round and saves JMM from getting Brutally Knocked Out by Manny Pacquiao.

Fredie and Manny has to go for this option 'cause a left uppercut will be too much and brutal for Marquez.....

Marquez has always been a sucker for the left hook. Watch his fights against Diaz (1), Katisidis and Mayweather. He was stunned a couple of times by left hooks from Diaz, and knocked down by the same punch from both Katisidis and Mayweather.

like this one.
