Absolutely! without Manny Pacquiao he's noone. Aside from Pacquiao who else did he train that become a great boxer? Boom2x? Bobby Pacquiao? BTW Manny Pacquiao was already a former world champion when Roach trained him.

Dela Hoya, Hopkins,they all lost when trained by Roach. Lastly, when Isreal Vasquez was trained by Roach he lost to Rafael Marquez but when he changed trainer he won the next two consecutive fights against Marquez.
