Pac needs to stop dissing Ariza.
I feel bad for Ariza.
He has pride too. Sure, he's only a conditioning coach. Give him some respect.

NOW, WHO TOLD PAC NOT TO RUN a day or two before the weigh-in ? He already made weight , why da fkk run on hard surface ?

Pac wouldn't listen.

I HOPE PAC MEANT IT WHEN HE TOLD ARIZA they're doing it HIS way from hereon.
Buboy can eat sh a it if he thinks Pac is competing for a body building contest.

If Ariza wants to take to the grass and make him do legwork instead of jogging, so be it.

time to do away with the non essentials
ariza is a coach and pac must obey him
i get that ariza's way is very hard for pac, but as they say "no pain, no gain"
since pac agreed with ariza to go back to the basics, we will see the old pac next time around
and if pac goes back on his words, then i think its time for pac to look for a new s&c coach
if there is no mutual respect anymore, it is time to move on

Like they say in Hollywood, don't argue with success.

Look at what JMM was able to do after training with a real PHYSICAL TRAINER for the first time ever in his life . He got to 150 lbs on fight night WITHOUT LOSING speed .

Pac, Ariza and Roach need to get set with their schedule in the next fight .
Pac needs to freakin' get rid of half the LA Boys.

If Ariza tells Pac to take a rest and not get out of his room, he should follow.

they're just having fun bro, i had a chance to see Manny and all the team pacquiao in Baguio before the fight with Mosley, and that's very natural.. they're pushing each other, pulling and snapping the ear while training etc. etc. puro kulitan... even in front of the camera and the people watching his training ganon talaga sila.... 8)

As I observed if it is a news of ABS-CBN about Pac... mostly paninira kahit yung mga tsismis na walang katuturan. I don't know with this network but it seems they will do everything para siraan si Manny. Pero lagi namang nakabuntot kay Manny yung reporter nilang isa.

it was chino of gma 7 who first reported it. he told jessica that someone from team pac relayed those info to him.

i believe ariza acknowledge this already that there was a misunderstanding that night, though he says it is normal, but there really was..., and we all witnessed how cold jinky was.
