Bro, WBO has nothing to do with the decision hence they cannot reverse the "Nevada Judges" decision, its NSAC...

well i think NSAC is considering also the monetary impact in las vegas if they will reverse their decision
and handed over the belt to pacquiao...those people who bet on pacquiao for sure will demand for payment
of their winnings...

Giving back the belt to Manny would create serious trouble for the bettors. I think manny himself knows about it.

Or, at the very least, WBO should not recognize the grievous decision of the judges.
