What Sonny Boy did to the legendary Thai champion is another good news for Philippine boxing who has now 5 world champions. However I can't help to notice his limited boxing skills. Though he has good head movement and relentless approach he still needs to improve in the defense and foot work department. He's been superb on the aspects of conditioning and aggression but it would have been better if he learns to throw combinations while having solid defense and good lateral movement. In that way he could reign as long as he wants. Just my take... Congratulations to our new Champ.
