I think Pac did better and better against JMM even with less then no knockdowns.

Pac got better technically.
But JMM still has the edge, naturally.

OK nga ang progression ng dalawang ito.
JMM started as the superior technical boxer, Manny is the superior athlete, fast and powerful.
Over time, JMM started to improve athletically, while Manny improved technically.
Interesting to see how they look now after 4 encounters.

Boxing coaches and boxers have what they called "styles and strategies,planning and actual implentation " of what they think can win the war/battle/fight . They ,most of the times watch replays of opponent(s) not just once just to maximize the chances of discovering strategies to punish opponent(s) and have that "V" to their resume. I'm sure that Roach and Manny have their plan and preparing to how cut ring from "back pedalling" JMM but epektib ba si Manny sa mga huling laban niya like a "back pedalling" Mosley and Bradley? Granted na may power si Manny na kayang magpatumba ng hindi tumatakbong kalaban pero boxing ay hindi lang basta power, kailangan ang style at plano.IMHO.

if the trend holds, pac will improve on the winning margin again, while marquez will stay on average. for this 4th fight we may be looking at another 115-113 average points in pac's favor (i think 116-112 for pac will not surprise me)

based on trends again (moving average lang), for fight 4 estimates are:

pac total punches thrown landed 188/551 34% (ave for three fights, 160/612)
marquez 138/436 32% (ave for three fights 156/498)

pac power punches 127/313 41% (ave 3 fights, 110/270)
marquez 95/216 44% (ave 3 fights 117/301)

why does the fight #4 trend show 95 power punches for marq vs 117 3-fight average? fight 2 he had 130 power punches, but fight 3 only 100 power punches. same is true for total punches. the trend shows marquez is the one on the decline, not pacman. if any, pac has improved last three fights.

total pac punches landed: 148, 157, 176 - increasing!
total pac power landed: 100, 114, 117 - increasing!

marquez total landed: 158, 172, 138 - significantly lower
marquez power landed: 122, 130, 100 - also lower

Yup, Marquez will probably win this time. At the age of 39, Marquez is still the hungrier fighter while Pacquiao is more preoccupied with his bible studies. In the Bradley fight, Pacquiao would fight only 1 minute of each round. He weighed 147 lbs which was the heaviest in his career, and he was definitely out-of-shape. According to Freddie Roach, he was miffed that Manny Pacquiao spent late nights memorizing bible verses instead of getting a good night's sleep. As a result of lack of sleep, he was sluggish during training sessions. Manny Pacquaio has that "who cares" attitude and doesn't mind making everybody wait while he finishes watching a baskeball game. The hungrier fighter MARQUEZ will prevail!! Vegas odds for Marquez has gone down from +280 to +250, from a couple of weeks ago, which means that more money is being bet on Marquez.

actually bro, pac did overwhelmingly well vs bradley. it wasn't pac. it was the judges.
