They had someone from their camp to supervise the entire wrapping process. The representative have all the right to dispute or ask for re-wrap if he felt something is not right. Then the commision's representative will sign on the wrap on behalf of the commision that the wrap is fine and the fighter is good to go once everyone is fine with it.
