Just my observation, i thought that Marquez was over trained. Although its an advantage for Pac but they will use it as an excuse if he'll lose again. Remember that he's older than Pac and looks bigger but much lighter, it doesn't make sense to me!

we have the same thought, brader
he has been training more than two months, i guess
and even when he doesnt have a fight, he trains still
maybe because he is at an advanced age in boxing that he needed more time to train
but yes, i do believe he is over trained

Good Observation TS....

Perhaps MANNY should set a high pace from the very start and force JMM to expend a lot of energy early on and then

PAC can take advantage of his Youth and deliver the KO/TKO in later rounds...

Marquez's obsession of Pacquiao may have inspired him to train for his strategy in months. it is possible that his focus for the past months is to have his strategy be absorbed to perfection like muscle reflexes. at the same time, he is already old so he may need more time to slowly condition his body and not be subjected to wear and tear.

hope that his preparation can be overcome by Manny

I don't think so.
He might have trained wrong though.
Too much emphasis on gaining muscle weight or strength.
We'll know tonight if he's sluggish or doesn't sweat much.
RN did say JMM looked slow in his sparring ( unverifiable ).
In some of the videos JMM looked strong but his punches looked wide to me.

this has to be one of the excuses that we will be seeing very soon along with "hes too old". The best reason is "Pacquiao is just better than Marquez..PERIOD"

For me the training period is just enough, but JMM concentrated much on his upper body, while Pac gets his power from
down upwards 8)
