Here are the reasons why Erik Morales is better than JM Marquez:

1. Morales beat Pacquiao in his prime not when his career is already dwindling down.

2. Morales beat Pacquiao when he was still a 100 percent boxer. Not the Pacquiao of today who is 33% politician,
33% preacher, and 33% boxer.

3. Morales beat Pacquiao when there was still no PESTors (pastors) in his life .They disturb his training and not allowing him
to sleep at night and always pestering Pacquiao all throughout the day.

4. Morales beat Pacquiao without using PEDS.

5. Morales beat Pacquiao without resorting to dirty tatctics like foot stepping.

6. Morales beat Pacquiao without hiring a drug-lord named Angel Heredia.

7. Morales beat Pacquiao when Pacquiao was still a Catholic wearing his Rosary and doing the sign of the Cross.

Erik Morales beat a FULLY AWAKE Manny Pacquiao... not a Pacquiao who is tired and sleepy. Because this is what happened:

Mrs. Dionesia said in an interview that her son Manny Pacquiao has not been getting enough sleep
because of the born again PESTors (pastors) that are always swarming at her sons mansion to do
bible studies starting late at nigh unitl early morning.

Even at the wild card gym in Hollywood, Ca. these Pastors can be seen swarming around
Manny Pacquiao disturbing his training and depriving him of the much needed sleep and rest.
It was reported that the night before the fight itself, Pacquiao did not get enough sleep
because these Pestors succeeded in convincing Pacquiao to do bible studies.

On the day of the fight.
Having been deprived of sleep because of spending so many sleepless nights doing bible studies.
Sure enough, Manny Pacquiao was so tired and sleepy inside the ring while fighting Marquez.
So, Manny Pacquiao decided to sleep on the canvas and defer to continue fighting Marquez.

The jokes has it that Manny Pacquiao was not really hit that hard by Marquez
and that Pacquiao was still capable of standing up and conitnue fighting.
But Pacquiao was just too sleepy and tired from so many sleepless nights with PESTors
that's why Manny Pacquiao just decided to sleep in the ring...

The Marquez who beat Pacquiao was older than Morales.
The Pacquiao that Morales beat was a one-armed bandit.

Morales beat a womanizer, gambler and a Super featherweight who just moved up to Featherweight.


Morales beat Pacquiao when he was still close to Chavit, Ampatuan and other high-roller gamblers. Pool and poker players and filthy rich **** owners.



Morales beat a 3-division champion. Marquez beat an 8 division champion and all-time great.



Marquez beat a more seasoned Pacquiao by moving up on weight. Morales beat an inexperienced Pacquiao who just moved up on weight.


This thread is very neutral and objective. High on facts, low on speculations.

Aside from all you mentioned:

Morales is a fighter.. sometimes aggressor and counterpuncher..

Marquez is a pure counterpuncher.. i don't like counterpunchers for you just wait and step back and wait for that opening. while the aggressor creates oppenings, risks and sometimes makes that simply mistake.. agressors are the ones making the fight.. fraud and marquez will never be an all-time great in my book for they are counterpunchers..

this is the reason why mma is famous. in real fight, you cannot be a pure counterpuncher... there's no "boxing" - cowards, runners and boring fighters..

Morales did not survive with the pacman after 3 fights. Marquez did it four times and a 5th is still feasible.
