According to reliable sources who informed me moments ago, Denver Cuello will file a lawsuit against WBC's Jose Sulaiman for "breach of a written commitment and agreement"

Cuello apparently "stepped aside" at the request of Sulaiman to give a Chinese boxer Xiong Zhao Zhong a chance to fight for a title and make a "break through" for boxing in China.

Cuello as the mandatory challenger was suppose to fight the winner of the fight in China (Zhong) but apparently that will not happen as another boxer is now slated to fight Zhong in the US contrary to what was "agreed" upon between WBC and Cuello.

The lawsuit may be filed in the Philippines or the US.

I think this will be a useless lawsuit...
But hopefully something good will come out of it...

Sulaiman will always have his pa-lawsuit...

This is very brave and the right move by Cuello,, even if he doesnt succeed with the lawsuit..

the much needed publicity it will generate will further expose the corrupt and turning to garbage WBC organization of old fag Sulaiman and his cohorts.

TAMA YAN...Di ka Uto-Uto... Denver!

when u take da money to "step aside", its more like being stepped on. unfortunately this chinese midget will now be protected cuz he's overhyped and could get exposed by a Filipino.
