You miss the point. The on-cam diagnosis should have been voiced in private (perhaps to Manny's physician, to Team Pacquiao, or to Manny himself) not in public. That would have fulfilled that physician's aim, if indeed that was his intention, of warning Manny of the neurological dangers he might be facing.

Voicing it in public not only broke professional ethical standards but also endangered the reputation, career, and financial prospects of the boxer.
