Congrats Sabillo...the undefeated Filipino boxer..first time fighting abroad...If Moises Fuentes will stay at flyweight division to have a possible rematch agaisnt our Filipino Donnie Nietes for the WBO flywieght title, then the interim light flyweight division for Merlito Sabillo will be a regular champion in that division, meaning to say, in his next fight, Merlito Sabillo will be defending his light flyweight title...congrats again Sabillo, just continue to be a hungry fighter and don't accept enough money but instead be humble and continue to rose to the top...

Fuentes is the regular WBO minimum champ nad Sabillo is the interim champ.Nietes is the WBO light fly champ and not WBO flyweight champ.

now who is saying ALA fighters have no heart and run out of steam?

Merlito is not an original ALA fighter.i think they are pertaining to aj banal,rey bautista and donnie nietes.they should move their training from cebu to baguio.congrats merlito!

Original or not he is now trained by ala, goes now in the same gym, and follow same conditioning and training routines. I think we need to treat each fighter differently and that not all ala fighters lose steam.

If he's saying that what matters is the past, then original ALA fighters are Joma Gamboa, Gerry Penalosa, Malcolm Tunacao, and Rodel Mayol.

But then again, I agree. Only Boom-Boom has good stamina as far as I've seen. Even Milan seems to fade late in the fight. I can't understand why it is when I've seen how rigid the training is. Maybe it's the "hupo-hupo" style nga makaluya because kapoyon ang paa sige hupo.

We must learn to what happened to Z Gorres... if Z is well Condition.. he might have won againts Montiel... and wouldn't be collapsed in his last and final round.. and got Blood Cloth... and prevented it...

Perhaps too much unnecessary movement, under pressure to deliver, or some people just don't have it.

How come Michael Domingo or say Along Denoy don't lose the momentum in the later rounds? even old ALA boys Suico, Santillan, Penalosa, Tunacao, etc. i think this has something to do also with the pressure to deliver or great expectations from the fans. so let's not blame all to training or conditioning routines.

trans:
ala = no air
non ala = many air
:lol: :lol: :lol: :)

Hala sige na nga, i hate to be repetitive. Go you can love them or hate them. Last time i checked Philippines only has 3 current major titleholders left, and two under the aegis of ALA stable. if anything, you should at least respect that.
