I still believe that Dapudong is gonna be a world champ someday. Like a true paclander, I believe in second chance. Go Dapudong, show these peeps that you are just a temporary bum and not a permanent one...

dapudong's claim to game was his his ko win in mexico too right?

well, it's the managers and the media who hyped him,
but you cannot blame them because they want to make a name for themselves early in their careers.

now edrin goes back to the drawing board.

He's not a in a champion's leauge or even a belt contender..ALA Suico..

I disagree. Randy was a lot better than him.

so there you go, another "fallen" prospective world champion :(

in my personal Opinion, the first round was already suspect.

1. Dapudong was not his lively self. (overtrained, sold out, drained, no sleep, weakness)
2. No lateral movements, was gasping for air too early in the rounds.

poor coaching...tsk tsk tsk.

he had reach - did not use it.

he had height - did not use it.

if i was the coach of dapudong, i would first.

stay away from the brawler and focus on jabbing away - since he is champion.

the brawling mexican does not really see his target if dapudong uses jabs to keep him

away and with short upper cuts. with lateral movement,...

sayang yung bata. i'm not a boxing expert, just a plain fan but it would not take a rocket scientist to say that no appropriate adjustment was done when he was found not to have the right stamina at the early rounds. think he was ill-prepared and was out-coached.
