What's the magic with Mr. Heredia's secret? Almost all Olympians and professional athletes knows that. How come professional boxers and athlete's in the Philippines doesn't know that normal procedure of food and liquid intake before the weigh in and after?
Are they still eating loads of rice for soup no 5 or beef and lots of water and beer? Kaya pala palpak tayo palagi sa championship mga bobo pala ang mga trainers at conditioning coaches. LOL!

hahah!

"right" water intake is a big key!

this issue becomes sensational due to that simple win of dapudong. that african boxer is not a world class caliber, any good boxer will knock that guy out with or without heredias help.

Relax guys.......

Simple stuff can be a serious issue.. knowledge is very important. We should open or willing to accept good learning.
We fall, we get hurt, we rise again, we try again, we keep learning, TOGETHER we will celebrate in the end.

If there is any hint of heredia's guilt, the feds and all the doping agency should be in heredia's arse right now, the mere fact that he is plying his trade right now means to say he is LEGIT, end of story

That's like saying there are no drugs in the US.

Illegal drug dealers are underground while Heredia is not As soon as anyone has the means to hire Heredia he will work it out and do you think these feds and doping agency are not aware of Heredia's moves? Heredia has been plying his trade for so long now and nobody I mean nobody has ever been caught

It is only ILLEGAL if anybody is caught but so far so good so go figure it out Joey

As my professor in college once told us, cheating is cheating once caught but since nobody is caught so far so Heredia is not considered a cheater at this point End of story

Quote from the article:
"Pinol revealed that Heredia advised them about Dapudong’s “nutritional requirements” through email and telephone conversations and that Pinol noted “a drastic change following an overhaul of Dapudong’s food intake.”
He said even Dapudong told him he “felt different and no longer sluggish” and this was evident in the short time that the fight lasted."

If this is true and Dapudong only followed the nutritional requirements based on email and telephone, then there's no PEDS involved. Dapudong was able to KO his opponent in round 1 via nutritional adjustments. This might also imply that JMM also followed the nutritional advice of Herredia which disproves the PED theory. No wonder JMM is negative on the tests and is willing to undergo strict testing agains Bradley. Pachuggers pasok! :D

you beat me to it............ lol..

this alone is indication that he left the ped administering behind......... but yet people here STILL say he's peddling dope........ LOL....

it must be some STRONG stuff if he's administering the dope over the telephone and email........... LOL.........

And since pac is surrounded by wannabes, they wont swallow their pride and hire him cause pac knows he was beaten by JMM with the help of the guru bigtime..

"Angels" do wonder..... "as long as Angel is in charge or just a share of his little knowledge through email or phone conversations for the strength and conditioning of a fighter, then everything is possible, see what happened to hulk freaked in Marquez who transformed his 40 year old body into a pro bodybuilder physique overnight."

yeah, i follow that dude on twitter and saw a post of his that he was working with alex ariza.

he's a funny guy (heredia) - the bulk of his tweets consist of him and victor conte slagging each other. it's like 'wow. he put the CAPS lock on. this is serious now'...

For me, the real issue here is what was Ronnie Nathanielz' motives in his news report regarding the sketchy "involvement" of Heredia through Los Angeles based Fil-American physical therapist Jeff De Guzman who was a member of Dapudong’s team. This early, instead of rejoicing and celebrating we now have a new Filipino world champion in Filipino super flyweight Edrin “The Sting” Dapudong's winning of the IBO world title with a spectacular 1st round knockout in a rematch with South Africa’s Gideon Buthelezi at the Emperors Palace in Johannesburg, Sunday morning Manila Time.... here come's Nathanielz' spoilers. Nakakatawa talaga tayong mga Pinoy... what gives?

modesty aside ive been a champion of long jump way back 1998 college years smraa meet to be exact, without any help of any ped, steroid just pure honest training sink water and eating foods and prayer, so i can tell personally from my experience that you can achieve something without any peds or steroids or any stuff that will help your perfomance better.....
