It's too early to judge him. Ruben Tamayo was a bad match up for him. Tamayo is a tall fighter and boxes from the outside. At least Doliguez was abled to salvage a draw. We'll see if he can show us a better fight next time around. Just my two cents!

Hope i'm wrong Bro :( :( But the way Philippine media is hyping him, it's so delusional comparing him to a young Manny Pacquiao.

It was to be expected. Doliguez is one dimensional and a guy who fights from the outside with solid technical skills can easily figure him out. Apparently, Tamayo was that man. If Doliguez is as good as we've been hearing, he would have blasted Tamayo out of there even if it was in Mexico, as Tamayo has been stopped three times and was knocked out just two fights ago by not so special Jesus Ruiz.

Easy lang.. Dont get your hopes up. Every boxer in the Philippines right now is being branded the "next Pacquiao" by writers from Bautista, Concepcion, Banal, Denver Cuello and i even Sabillo.LOL It irritates me how these writers always use Pacquiao. Can't they be just themselves?

why not just advertise them as the next banal or the next bumbum, it's still hype but at a lesser extent. and the writers should realize that the pactards get easily irritated whenever someone uses pacquiao's name :biglaugh:

local boxing promoters are so good at super hyping fighters which is synonymous to duping boxing fans. only in the philippines.
