wish Manny would train on high altitude too when he goes for US, for him to develop an excellent STAMINA just like when he fought MAB lastyear

And I really believe he could do it with the assistance of his conditioning trainors...and when the fight day for Marquez arrives, we would see the form and reincarnation of BRUCE LEE again. GO PACMAN!

I fully agree with you bro. Because of media frenzy, manny may have thought to himself that he's already a legitimate title-holder but he doesn't have anything except for the RING Champ Belt. I think manny is somewhat immature o kaya masyado na syan nasisilaw sa katanyagan nya.

Marquez really is a bigger threat than EM and MAB and if Manny will take him lightly, it will be a sure disaster for us Pinoys.

Sana nga dalhin na ni Roach si Manny ASAP!

WTF???

please tell me that this is not a QUESTION... this should be ROUTINE..!
bwahahahaha... if manny does his roadwork up the hollywood hill, then he might aswell do his jogging up the driveway..! :?
damn, if JMM is running in 10K feet above sea level, team PAC should look for MOUNTAINS, not HILLS
you can run the hollywood hills up and down for a year and the only sport which would benefit from that is a marathon..!
high altitude training is to teach your body how to react if your lungs cannot take in the needed ammount of oxygen, which you would normally breathe in when doing physically hard work - you body simply gets used to doing the same job, but with less oxygen -> "thin air" etc.

anyways, if team PAC considers using this "secret training method" for the first time, then i'd say "lose freddie roach and i'll train PAC!" :)

Manny's stamina is naturally great, he could last for 15 rounds ....

but high altitude training will add a lot of power in the lungs enhancing his already naturally great stamina ...

i just hope that PAC will fully foucs his energy to training and avoid getting distracted, so after the holidays, January 1st, 2005 he should be on the plane to FR's Wild Card Gym for full time training...
