Actually. I don't watch PBA never have, never will.
I have never seen a single game. All i know is it's based in Manila.
I don't care much about PBA. But i do like watching Gilas.

But my arguement is to make it nationwide.
So games mean more and people pride in their own teams.
They have their own scouts to develop the local talents..
The aim is to lift basketball in different parts of the Philippines.
Give it a big boost and stimulant so to speak and perhaps generate competition.

But there's no money for such an endeavor. Like Pinoy says, no budget.
So we are stuck with this pathetic PBA league MANILA Centralized system.[/quote]

I think that's what MPBL is trying to accomplish...bring high level games to the far reaches of the islands, opening opportunities for more players....hopefully, that league will be able to sustain and grow....
