this wind farm, with first one installed in Bangui, was started under Ramos time. na high jack lang ito ng mga demonyong Marcos, as if they know about wind farms like the way they know about stealing.

Oh thought Knee You!!!

Imbyerna na naman :biglaugh:
NLEX and SLEX and lots more infrastructures, nahijack din pala ng recent administrations cause these were started during Marcos time... my goodness!

How about PNoy & Petilla still looking for possible emergency powers while others are providing fix? Just fine DR? :biglaugh:

actually a private firm pushed that wind farm study, and the DOST endorsed it under Ramos time, dulot nga nung power crisis. american firm gumawa ng study nyan, at ang Bangui ang me pinaka mataas ng power output, pangalawa ata yang sa link mo. me mga plano rin sa ibang lugar, one of which dito sa negros.

they took away my youth, man. everything the young peeps enjoy now, i was deprived most of it growing up. i lost relatives fighting against the dictatorship. threat of being killed always a possibility, to name a few.

just to give you an idea. when i travel now to my grandparents place in the province from the city i live, it will just take me two hours. during the time of Marcos, it took me at least 6 hours. not only because of the inconvenience it brought me, but i have to pass thru a dozen check points before i reach my destination. you won't know if an "encounter" between military and the rebels will happen while your traveling.

now there are no checkpoints, the roads are concrete with the only cause of delay of your travel is the palays the people put on the road to dry up.

anong papel ni BBM? everything. you may ask how or why, but have you heard him say he regrets what his father did? has he asked for forgiveness for what happened while they were in power? has he shown remorse, returned those they stole from the country?

they continue to mock and flaunt themselves in front of us, no remorse or regrets whatsoever.

if that does not insult you, i don't know what will.

Okay then... ganyan mo tingnan ang mga bagay bagay eh... :biglaugh:
But consider this, innovative projects like these are normally not from politicians, but from specific field experts and business community...
Incidentally :biglaugh:, two of the only 3 new major energy projects are located in Ilocos... at delikado pa rin tayo sa pangamba ng blackout next year.

two of the only 3 major projects? parang sinasabi mo na sa Ilocos lang me mga proyekto tulad nito. sa Negros, meron din ditong solar power plant, which renewable energy also. kulang lang siguro sa research.

at mangilan ngilan? what about the geothermal power plants, hydro power plants, renewable energy plants built by other companies like the Lopezes, Aboitizes, Ty's, to name a few?

kami man, naranasana nag curfew.
