Who is your bet? Mine is Ted Cruz!

USA is a 2 party system.
Candidates are running on a party base platform.

Right now, each party, Republicans and Democrats, are picking their champion for the General Election in November 8 2016.
The Republicans will vote for who they think can represent them best, and the Democrats will do the same. This is called the Primary election.

So the Republican candidates are fighting each other right now, Trump, Cruz, Robeo, Carson, Bush, Kasic, Carly, Santorum, Huckabee, Paul, Cristie.
and the Democrats, Hilary, Sanders, Umali.

Unlike Philippine Politics, American Politicians are allowed to attack each other, you will be bombarded with negative adds, Candidates calling each other idiots! Until 1 winner will win, and solidify the party in the coming CONVENTION.

This is a very interesting process, and I kinda like it. You will really know each candidate and 1 mistake they make, it's over for them.

I'd go for the one with best plan on protecting and supporting shale oil industry.
Less control from the opec heavyweights, less messy.

the current Republican party is represented with various presidential candidates that are racists, religious hypocrites, homophobes, war-monger, and/or what-have-yous.

former Republican presidential candidate Bobby Jindal put it correctly, the Republican party is the "stupid party".

AMES, Iowa — Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump received a key endorsement Tuesday from conservative heavyweight Sarah Palin, giving the billionaire businessman a potential boost with some voters less than two weeks before voting begins with the Iowa caucuses.

“I am greatly honored to receive Sarah’s endorsement,” Trump said in a statement announcing the support of the former Alaska governor and former running mate of Sen. John McCain in his 2008 bid for the White House. “She is a friend, and a high-quality person whom I have great respect for. I am proud to have her support.”

This is the difference between Republicans and Democrats.

Republicans tackle the issue, while Democrats go around name calling anyone who opposed them.

If you are for Traditional marriage, you are a homophobes.
If you are for protecting the national sovereignty you are a racist.
If you are for fighting Terrorist, you are a war monger.
If you don't agree with the Democrats you are Stupid.

Besides the facts that The Republican Presidential candidate are diverse, black, latino, asian, you name it!
and they are Business Tycoons, Constitutional scholar, brain surgeons etc... and people call them stupid cause they don't agree with them.

Meanwhile the Democrat candidate is compose of socialist (sanders), corrupt (hillary), and Umali who wanted to tax everything including the rain falling in your property.

for traditional marriage? the supreme court has spoken. do not lie about it.
protecting national sovereignty? from who, the blacks that is often beaten up by Confederate-flag-waving white supremacists?
fighting terrorist? oh you mean, the american muslims. freedom of religion is enshrined in the US constitution.
don't agree with democrats? did you read who i quoted, it's from a republican. he-actually-said-that.

so do not lie your way in the discussion. it must be a habit you picked up being a long-time republican lover.

remember the US government shutdown in 2013? It was because of the republican-led congress when it tried to defund the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (or "Obamacare") in the budget, but restored by the democrat-led Senate. the back and forth disagreement resulted to a budget impasse, thus the shutdown. the republicans relented and the budget was later on passed. the republicans admit they lost, Obama won.

one of the prime movers of that "shutdown" was Ted Cruz. Ted Cruz's camp once accused Obama of birther issues (supporting the false accusation Obama was born in Kenya) which would later on bite him back considering he was born outside of the US (he was born in Canada). worse, born to a cuban father favoring Fidel Castro, a socialist.

and both Ted Cruz and father have the audacity to call Obama a socialist?

so anyone with intelligence cannot disagree when then GOP presidential candidate, Bobby Jindal said: The Republican party is the stupid party.
