Aquino built more classrooms and roads than the previous two administrations combined , expanded social services , including Philhealth to automatically include indigent seniors, reduced budget deficit, etc.
Anong karangalan ang pinagsasabi mo? The rest of the world with is now aware of the extra judicial killings in the PHilippines , yon ang karangalan natin.
Duterte promised to scrap pork barrel but from all indications , it is back and there is even a greater largesse waiting for members of Congress , the proposed budget for the presidential office increased from 2.8 billion during Aquino's time to 20 billion for Duterte, that's a 600% increase , with representation and transportation allowances in the billions. If he fought tooth and nail not to show his bank waiver before, it will now be next to impossible to make his account transactions open to the public.
He promised to double the salaries of police and AFP personnel but was rebuffed by Diokno. Duterte has no clue that there is a Salary Standardization law which will impact other similar government positions.
During the elections he stated that he had no financial backers and some supporters donated cash from their pockets including OFWs. When the mandatory statements from contributors came out , there were personalities including some from the mining industry, who donated millions. His media bureau spread lies , disinformation on the internet with fake endorsements coming from the Pope, Obama, Stephen Curry, the Minister of Singapore misleading gullible voters.
And now he wants the Philippines to dissociate itself from the United Nations because he cannot accept critical remarks. What happens then to the international tribunal ruling on the WPS, if the Philippines is no longer a member nation. Is it now voided? All the years , all the effort, thrown out of the window because of this foul mouthed demented individual.
And when results of the survey showed that 44% of the Filipinos do not want charter change from Con Con Duterte now wants a Constituent Assembly, because he can control members of the Congress who would be willing accomplices as long as they perpetuate themselves in power. The reason given - the CON CON would cost a billion pesos - deduct the billion from the proposed for the presidential office and Duterte would still have 19 billion pesos left.

Yes, maraming projects tulad sa Iloilo because of Drilon. One RDC i attended, the projects lined up were some 7 billion pesos for Panay but for Negros Occidental only 200M, a big disparity considering Negros Occidental share 40 % of the GDP of the region during that time.

Sa maraming kalsada na nadaanan k, mostly 5 years lang ang lifespan while the highway constructed between Silay and Bacolod in the early 70'\s hindi pa rin napapalitan.

I recognize Pnoy did something pero subpar ang quality.

If you're commending Marcos' remember , he left the country bankrupt and mired in debt. It is a national embarrassment when Lee Kuan Yew revealed that he refused to lend Ongpin, who was sent by Marcos, 300 -500 million dollars for interest payments alone.

the Aquino administration failed to deliver what is expected of them. worst is their blame game. P'Noy did nothing but ran after GMA until his last year in office it was still GMA's fault why many Filipinos are poor. What did he do to uplift them? Where are the Yolanda funds? How much was given to the victims? The relocation sites are almost empty because they were distributed after almost 2 years after the calamity when the victims have returned to the villages destroyed because they cannot live in the area under construction. One relocation site in Iloilo has no water system and residents have to line at night just to fetch water at a dugwell. And yet when the people from Manila went there to inspect their projects they were shamed in one RDC meeting. One mayor said that his a team went to his office to inspect a water project which in their report is almost complete. The mayor was outraged since he said not even a single bag or cement nor a pebble of sand and gravel were delivered to his town. I was there just smiling on the sideline. Sop can we be proud of the yellow? Me, nah, i just did what I can do for the good of our constituents...

The Yolanda funds were probably stolen by Roxas and Romualdez .

can these "saints" do something this magnitude without the "blessing" of their "lord"?

There is a Yolanda website detailing the uses of the funds, there is also a foreign aid transparency hub enumerating amounts received and pledges from donor nations. These are all open to the public for inspection and audit, including the donor nations. How many of you people bothered to look?
My daughter has a personal support worker whose family was affected by the typhoon. Her family received financial assistance from the DWSD. Personnel from this government agency lamented the fact that the people are unable to appreciate the difficulties in assessing the damage per household. We are talking thousands of households , hundreds of barangays just in that area. They have to go to the barangay, inspect each household to verify the damage, and check if the claimant is indeed a bonafide owner and resident of the household before releasing the money. In addition, those affected were given jobs in the area so that they can earn decent salaries during the reconstruction and rehabilitation process.
Yolanda was the strongest recorded typhoon in the world. Even Katrina might pale by comparison , how long do you think did it take residents of the affected areas in the United States to recover from the destruction and how long did the reconstruction process take?
Aquino's government is not without its' flaws but it has been praised all over the world. Arroyo incurred a huge budget deficit - Aquino reduced it substantially. Let's not even talk of this government's achievement in the economic field. This government was able to expand social programs including more funding for education which even the new administration is using. For example, the the DWSD recently released 5 billion to more than 1 million indigent senior citizens recently. Who do you think conceived this program and sourced the funding .http://kickerdaily.com/posts/2016/07/ov ... -citizens/

You want more , let's go to education. The DEP ED under the Aquino administration instituted a voucher program for Grade 10 students who want to continue to Grade 11 and 12. http://www.deped.gov.ph/k-to-12/faq/voucher-program
Aquino had six years , Gloria close to 10 years and what did she leave behind - a huge budget deficit, including the joint exploration deal with China and Vietnam which probably gave rise to the WPS issue after China found out about the vast potential of the area.

Truth be told, it is Duterte's government which is reaping the gains of the Aquino government. Puro drugs lang alam sabihin ni Duterte - perhaps to divert the issue. Just look at the proposed increase of the budget for his office from 2.9 billion to 20 billion pesos with billions in representation and transportation allowances. Billions in intelligence funds to wit - kala ko ba masosolve ang drugs and corruption within 6 months, why would he still need that massive amount for intelligence gathering which is hard to audit - and he served munggo during his inauguration kunyari. If you look closely Duterte's allowances for transportation and representation including intelligence funds, eh hamak na mas malaki pa sa buong budget ni Aquino na 2.9 billion lang.
For what does Duterte need these huge amounts? Siguro for happy hour - remember he spent 400 million daw sa hapi hapi. He was only mayor then, now as president he is now entitled to billions for happy hour.
