Matrabaho nga yan. have to spent money to implement it.

pwede yan mang adme

dito 12 years na yung number ko at naka tatlong telco na ako pwedeng ilipat pati prefixes

example 054 - belongs to Orange
052 - belongs to Bezeq

MANILA - (UPDATED) The Philippines has obtained its lowest score in a global corruption ranking in 5 years, slipping 10 places.

According to the Corruption Perception Index (CPI) published Wednesday, the Philippines placed 111th out of 180 countries surveyed in 2017, with a score of 34 out of 100.

The last time the country scored as low was in 2012. In 2016, the country ranked 101st with a score of 35.

Countries with the least protection for the press and non-governmental organizations tend to have the worst rates of corruption, said Transparency International, which analyzed the CPI rankings.

"The analysis, which incorporates data from the Committee to Protect Journalists, shows that in the last 6 years, more than 9 out of 10 journalists were killed in countries that score 45 or less on the index," it said.

Transparency International placed the Philippines alongside India and the Maldives as "among the worst regional offenders" when it comes to threats against or murder of journalists, activists, opposition leaders and even staff of law enforcement or watchdog agencies.

"These countries score high for corruption and have fewer press freedoms and higher numbers of journalist deaths," the group said.

The CPI ranks countries and territories based on their "perceived levels of public sector corruption according to experts and business people." It uses a scale of 0 to 100, where 0 is highly corrupt and 100 is very clean.

This year, the index found that more than two-thirds of countries scored below 50, with an average score of 43.

CPI encouraged governments to encourage free speech, minimize regulations on media, and promote laws on access to information.

abay... ang laki ng itinalon from 2016 to 2017... from 35 naging 34 out of 100...
