Between Ganoy and Suico's handlers, who do you think have the big possibility of bringing their boxer in a championship fight this 2008 and winning it also? Team Ganoy or Team Suico and why?

I can't answer it myself so I'm asking you fellow Paclanders. :)

This was already confirmed by Arum himself that this fight will not happen, D. Diaz will be fighting a guy name Montoya.

Also, It would be very helpful if somebody here will post who are the handlers of both side, from their trainer to manager. All I know that Ganoy is being handle by Australian and training in Australia of course while Suico's manager is Joe Kouzumi (is Wakee Salud connected to Suico's team?)?

I had to borrow this post from another thread; credit to st_ang3r he said:
"...they both have power...suico has a better chin than ganoy but ganoy has the speed between the two."

What can you say bro and please elaborate why you choose Suico?

i choose suico coz he is durable than ganoy...but i want to see the improvement in ganoy since he will be trained by fenech this time around...

both of them dont use jab...if suico can can use it to his advantage i think he can KO his opponents faster...both of them rely on the power but suico is much better counter puncher...thats all...

suico is ranked by the wbc and wba...while ganoy is ranked by the ibf...take note suico was offered to fight katsidis but koizomi and team suico is not interested in the wbo strap...wasted oppurtunity...

bottomline, they need to improve their jab, footwork, stamina, speed and work rate...

back to the question...suico wins by KO

Suico got exposed long time ago! Against Diaz, his punches had no effect on him. When he went up to 135 division, he forgot to bring his power with him. With his current trainer, he won't win a world championship! His trainer lacks the know how to train a boxer. Look at Randy, he's a 5'9" boxer whose jab is virtualy non existent.

As for Ganoy, he has power on both hands. What he needs to work on is his stamina. If he gets trained by Fenech, that would mean better training and conditioning for him plus he would get more attention from promoters since he is Fenech trained.

i'd say a draw would be a good one for this. Ganoy is powerful but suico is taller.

Ganoy forgets about footwork everytime he gets hit or cornered. He is slower that Suico

ganoy is the better fighter. he has a good jab and with power in both hands. suico seldoms uses his jab and often than not a "single fisted fighter. also ganoy seems to be fighter "more credible" opponents lately (and winning them).

IMO, Both boxers have the chance to make it on top.

With, Ganoy continue his new found winning formula with his team right now given the chance he can be a champion.

With, Suico I think its time for him to switch gear, step up the gas a little and change trainor, get someone like Roach caliber if he wants to beat some top dogs in 135 lbs.

Go Pinoy!
