Thanks for sharing this video Bro....
Good thing that the WBC declared it a "technical draw" since it's a clear "low blow" and
Omar Nino even stepped on Mayol's left foot...
If only the referee's quick enough to halt the action after the low blows,Mayol could have
avoided that devastating fate in the ring.....

i think omar should have been penalized and lost by disqualification since he hit mayol with a clear low blow before he delivered that left hook.

I really don't like this referee "DRAKULICH" ever since! His been very relax when it comes to protecting opponents of Mexican and American Boxers! He's been very biased favoring Mexican and American Boxers!

Damn! :banghead:

I agree with you Bro...
Omar Nino took advantage of the situation...He knew he hurt Mayol after those low blows...

i think it should be a DQ . it's an unsportsmanlike conduct, omar nino showed here. What are his excuses? he didn't understand the word "STOP!"? i don't think so, the man already knew how to tie his shoelaces.
He even step on the foot of mayol and celebrate while mayol is unconscious.
BTW one of the commentators, bob sheridan really sucks. He is too bias since the previous fights.
he was owned big time during Estrada-Rivero fight.

Anyway, thanks TS. You really are a reincarnation of George Estregan. :)

Not a LOSS, It was ruled a TECHNICAL DRAW.

it's definitely a bad decision......

that shot was preceded by a low blow in which Mayol reacted and retreated to compose himself and while doing so he was hit by an illegal right hook. the ref was about to halt the fight by extending his hand on Nino's body to clearly prevent him from hitting Mayol...

We heard you! No more reasons. 'Twas a TECHNICAL DRAW. That's it, now get your pacifier!

I remember when Golotha hit Riddick Bowe below the belt...

Riddick Bowe was on the canvas grasping for air caused by the excruciating pain due to low blow...

But inspite of all that, Riddick Bowe was still looking at Golotha ready to protect himself even if he was on the ground...!!!

YEah but the headbutt vs Sosa should have been a No contest too.

It's karma in a way.

Why karma when it is not intentional?this left hook that graced Mayol's cxhin was clearly intentional.
