That's still an IF, though I also believe that Cotto's gonna grab that WBO strap.

And in the light of Margarito's suspension, Cotto's one blemish on his record is now on asterisk...

When he successfully wins Jennings belt, the PACMAN vs. COTTO will now be as compelling as PACMAN vs. MOSLEY. In this case, Cotto may have the edge of bagging the lottery as both he and the Pacman is promoted by Uncle Bob.
