Guys do you think they are good friends right now? Coz I've read some of the articles that after the fight where morales lost he went to eric locker's room and cheered him up and told him that the rematch will still go on.

Then on this new article that Ive read said that pacquiao miss morales. They were supposed to meet in japan but unfortunately cancelled his trip due to his brother's injury.

Do you think eric considers him as friend?

I've not read that particular article but you might have taken it in the wrong context. Since they were supposed to meet in Japan, maybe Manny "missed" him as in "failed to see him"?

They are good business partners and just don't want to lose some profit... Hehehe! And their partnership will give them big earnings but in the expense of beating each other.

I don't either way whether Pac and EM are or aren't friends. However, my reaction to such a question would be, is why not? It's just a business, it's nothing personal. There are attornies who I find at the opposite table in some cases. If he happened to be my friend, he remains my friend.

Hmmm, im gonna have to disagree with you on that one BC. Mant similarities can be drawn between the court room and the boxing ring. However, the latter involves physically kicking the **** out of your opponent. And that sort of attitude, unfortunately, leads to unhealthy human relationships. PAC and EM wil never be close "chum-chums", but they do respect each other.
:sledgehammer:

hey, guys, there's more to the story.

Gejon blames loss on Morales

In a stunning revelation, Gejon apparently told members of the Philippine Press the real reason why he lost to Niida on his championip quest.

"I asked idol Pacquiao to come see me fight--to give me moral support", sobbed Gejon. "But when he sat at ringside, not once did he cheer for me or shout instructions or words of encouragement."

Ringside officials confirmed this. Japanese promoter Joe Koizumi was perplexed as well. "All I can hear was Pacquiao screaming 'Where's Morales?'", said the influential Japanese. "'Where is he? Why didn't he show up?'"

A member of team Gejon who asked to remain anonymous said that Pacquiao would pace back and forth the aisles as if looking for someone. "Malimit siya nasa cellphone, para bang hinahanap si Morales".

It was reported that security guards had to escort the visibly distraught Filipino boxing hero to the locker rooms as he cried "I miss you, Morales!"

"W@lang hiya!", exclaimed the dejected Gejon. "If I had known of Pacquiao's affinity for Morales, I would have paid for his ticket too!"
