i have an item(electronic equipment) obtained from a friend who want to deal with a buyer from US.
My question is, do i need some form of export clearance before i surrender the package to the shipping company like UPS?
Or i just let them pick-up my item and do the processing?
Does the used equipment needs papers or documentations prior to surrendering in shipping companies?

pls advise
