I don't know, the best way to figure this out is to search old articles regarding this fight.

hey guys, i don't know if it was already posted here i just wanna
share the video of king louie against khaokor Galaxy. i noticed
that the gloves worn when the fighters are already in the ring
unlike today that fighters already wear there gloves in the locker
room. and aside from that what shocked me was that Galaxy went
down without been hit. here's the link

Galaxy was hypnotized,
Kidding aside,he was hit on the liver,
Next was his late reaction. :)

To me, it's obvious that it was a delayed reaction to a punch that was landed on Galaxy's face a few seconds earlier. He may have felt that hard punch and fainted because of fear.

I think it was the shot to the body (3:03). He tried to withstand the pain but to no avail

It was a liver punch at 3:00

Now you'll realize why liver punch is illegal sometime before in England.

In some way, this is also the reason why the southpaw stance is discouraged before by boxing trainers.
The trainer will whack you like a dog to change stance and remember it painfully.
The southpaw stance offers the shortest distance at your liver for a target to your opponent.

Delayed reaction to a body shot that's almost below the belt, hitting the area of the appendix. Khaokor Galaxy's appendix may have raptured.
