"Ako na mismo ang gagawa ng paraan. May planong tulong ako sa kanya, dahil naaawa ako kay Louie. Pero ayaw ko munang sabihin, baka ma-preempt. Hopefully, mag-prosper ito,” said Nazario

We all know that Rod Nazario along with partner Lito Mondejar and former South Cotabato Gov. Hilario de Pedro were among the persons charged in court for the nonpayment of the $150,000 prize money due to Espinosa for his sixth-round technical-knockout win over Rios in Koronadal, South Cotabato that allowed him to retain his World Boxing Council (WBC) featherweight title.

Why will Nazario need to have a fund-raising campaign for Louie where he is the one who needs to pay not the people, the money should come from him personally. He must give first what is due to Espinoza then later if he really wants to help make a fund-raising but not now which IMO is diverting the real issue and making his image sugar-coated.

What do you think?

I'm not sure pre, but I think poor king louie is paid already.Proof of this is his silence over this matter in the last few months.
Perhaps Pacman already shouldered all the backpays that those guys owed to King louie.

thanks for bringing this thread up again bro.

I don't know about Manny shouldering the dues of Nazario, M. Pinol et al... if it is true then good for Espinosa but justice isn't serve yet as far as Espinosa is concern. :(

Is M. Pinol part of the promotions?

This case had been long buried to be forgotten.
Usual plight of former champions who were being heralded during their heyday
and forgotten soon after. :(

Aside from the old threads that I tried to dig here , I googled it and I can't searched any new informations regarding this matter.
If I'm not mistaken this guys still owe King Louie about 1 milllion pesos .
I'm still not sure but I really feel that Pacman settled this matter already.1 million pesos is nothing to him.
Nazarion is too old to look for 1 million pesos nowadays while De Pedro I heard is not that rich anymore to waste such amount of money.

I hope I'm right.
Thanks Pacman.
King Louie good luck.

IMO the court decision will settle the score for Espinosa esp. in the case of Nazario whom we all know was or is a cheater.
