decisions of ALA team are most of the times questionable.

Why they let Z Gorres who is ranked highly in superfly divisions in ALL boxing bodies move to bantam along side with AJ BAnal who is likewise a top contender in superfly?

DO THEY HAVE PLANS?ARE THEY THINKING MANAGEMENT TEAM?

the result, Z Gorres is fighting the top rating now with Gerry Penalosa for the WBO bantam title while if he stayed in superlfly,he can challenge now Jose Lopez for the title and AJ Banal is now back to scratch in a waiting game for a title shot since he is far still in the rankings.

WEhy both of them move and why now only one will move up so that they are now fighting with each other in the ranking???

WHERE IS YOU HEAD ALA???

Another thing, why invest on Boom Boom who is proven incompetent and why not much on Milan Milendo to get a title shot or hold Malcolm tunacao who I know now is not an ALA boxer again.

WOULD YOU PLEASE BE SERIOUSIN MANAGING YOUR BOXERS?SAYANG..AND ALSO PLEASE READ COMMENTS HERE IN PACLAND..

Z's case is an obvious one. his body can no longer perform at its best at 115. idk if the same goes with aj since he is growing as well. but Z moving up is a long overdue move.

if they're good enough, moving up in the rankings should be the least of their concerns. 8)

AJ and Z had to move up in weight.

AJ is only 19 years old... His body is still going to get stronger and naturally grow. He can't stay at 115 forever. (The same thing will happen to Milan Melindo. As Melindo's body matures and gets stronger, he'll probably be fighting at 108 or 112 soon).

Z's body is also maturing, thus he too had to move up in weight.

It's no big deal really. They'll both do well in the 118 pound division.

What good is a world ranking if your body cannot perform at the weight? Z's biggest problem in the Darchinyan fight was his inability to comfortably make the weight, which led to his big fade down the stretch. Same with Banal, who is only 20 and is still growing. The rise in weights were necessary.
