it works on my samsung infuse 4g and maybe others
that dont have built-in feature.(see pic above)

for galaxy S2, just press 'Power + Home' at the same time(needs practice)
and look in the gallery.

It's not just the wallpaper that you can change on Android. You can pretty much change the whole ui. . I think that's one of the reasons people choose android, not just the apps, it's probably 50/50. Customization and apps. On I phone its all apps. I have an ipod, which is basically the same as the I phone without the phone. I rarely use it except for music. I gotten bored of the interface the first 3 weeks. I also got tired of jail breaking it. It is so much work just to get a different theme. But now on my android there is so much to do with it aside from apps. I never get bored or tired of it. With a new theme every week it feels like a new phone
