He is already rich and famous! Tho it is very tempting to retire now or soon. There are still pending business putting Morales out to retirement first. After the rematch with Morales and Barrera, If he will win again! Dapat retire na sya sa boxing and just capitalize on the gathered fame and glory. Kung ako nga sa kanya. Exit na ako ngayon. Now na! :D

He can retire young from boxing but set up another business in line to boxing. Maybe set up a business in Phils like a chain of Fitness Gyms and Billard halls. Concentrate on promoting new fighters also. Papatayo din sya ng Pacman Sabong Derby pero di na sya mag sasabong, magpapasabong lang sya and would also breed and sell fighting cocks na may tatak PACMAN. Kung saan masaya ika nga.

How much do we need to be happy anyway? Kapag wiped out na yung best fighters sa weight class nya. Wala na syang dapat patunayan pa. Good time to exit. People's champion Rules!

Sa post boxing career income, mahina na siguro yung 10 million pesos a year sa mga product na dala nya o dadalhin for plugging.

Set for life na sya di ba? He can enjoy his young family. Matututukan nyang mabuti ang pag laki ng mga anak nya ang be a good husband to his wife and good dad to his children. Life is short and just enjoy every minute of it. :toast:

I'd like to see MP do the following rematches before retiring:

EM MP 3
JMM MP 2
MAB MP 2
PBF MP (If it isn't too much for PBF to go down to 130)

Barrera didn't and he's got a title now. You can't retire just because you lose a fight. In Barrera's case, he lost, picked on some patsies for their lunch money, and now he's as big as ever.

If Manny beats Erik, then if he takes the rematch with Marco, I would retire right then unless JMM is popular enough & will take a rematch. If JMM is still a nobody like right now, i would forget him.

manny will retire sometime on 2015. he will send valero to retirement first, then go on beat floyd at 147, then go on to beat james toney and after he KTFO john ruiz, he will throw the left straight right into valuev's face and knock him out. then he will retire. :biglaugh: just kidding. :peace:

When another great Filipino boxer comes along, he can pass down the torch and retire.
