There was an article posted here in PACland that PAC has increased his cardio program and his workout for his upcoming fight with EM… I’m really impressed…

yeah, increase in carbs for stamina… US based magazines would always recommend non processed carbs so I guess its safe to say PAC’s taking either brown rice or wheat bread or baka MOTOLITE (nice post hands of stone)…

what suking puti? sukang puti pwede... The PACMAN has confirmed that his ulam few days before his bouts is "tinolang Manok" with "malunggay leaves". I think he also advises this to James Yap and Kirby.
