did you know that USA had a lot of LARD A$$ESS that you can imagine?
...for boxing purposes i mean.. :) yeah yeah EM made the required weight limit for the fight, but where is the power that theyve been talking about? Manny was hit with some solid shots but he just shrugged it off! Simply,Velocity lost some credibility on their so called "pet project".

I drink unto that!
In short....Velocity lost its credibility.

me thinks Velocity makes Morales a better stronger fighter but Pac was monster that night. Morales doesn't have a silver bullet in his arsenal that night so he was devoured by the rabid voracious carnivorous PacMonster easily. :D

Geico.com even a Pac NUTHUGGER can do it.

LOL. But most can't afford that type of training. So I guess they have another excuse...

I think Erik only concentrated on making the weight but did not have enough time to actually prepare for the fight. Had Erik concentrated on how to deal with pacman instead of how to shed pounds then maybe he would have lasted a bit longer.

For 75,000$, i think it is money well spent. Had he been 2lbs overweight, he would have lost 1m instantly. So for Erik it was good business.

I was actually laughing at Freddy Roach when they did the official weigh-in. He was looking forward to it when Erik stepped in the scales and his heart immediately sunked when Erik made 129lbs. Then just to make sure he checked the scales again in case it was a mistake. Go have a look at the official weigh-in video, you'll see what i mean.

its hard to fight in your not so comfortable weight.. No amount of velocity can help EM, he should stay Lightweight or 130 up.

$75K only with all its fanfare? Hmmm, Morales sure gives me an idea how good an economist he is. In fairness, Morales is a wise hombre, if this is true.

I think this was part of the hype..they needed to make the fans forget about the second fight and make Morales look competative..Congrats to Arum..he did good on promoting this fight if you know what i mean.

Yeah bro. I was already thinking about that. It was a part of a grand plan. It was a fight between a Manok and a Pato. Ang kinatatakutan ko pagkatapos ng laban, baka manalo ang pato. You already saw a glimpse of it during the early rounds (just watch the ref Vic Dracula, i mean, Draculich when he motioned Pacman in the corner and gave enough time for the fallen Morales.

Yes, I agree. The expression on Freddie Roach was priceless. He just saw 500K-$1M disappear before his eyes. I think he was expecting Morales to pay the penalty.

EM could have paid me $75,000 and I would have made sure he made weight.
I would just need some duct tape.
I'd tape his mouth whenever he wants to eat.
He'd have nothing but chicken breast, tuna and eggs under my diet.
He'd be lucky to see a pan de sal in the morning.
He'd be eating taho' with small beans in the morning.
Calamsi juice with no sugar.

Freddie was making sure they weren't cheating with the scale.
I think they did in the rematch.
