Uh-oh! ako_barok, you should have used the spell checker. Here comes the grammar police, JoeyInCali. Lights flashing, sirens blaring, and all.

Yeah, that's also a very good idea bro barok.. And actually isn't far from happening, could also be done in other countries (look at Jose Rizal)..LOL... Vegas is a good place also to put Pac's statue, I know every other country's boxing gym there's Pacman's poster.. LOL

Uhm, it would be great if they can build a statue of both fighters together in same 'shrine', gonna be like or something like, Pac's chasing Duckweather.. LOL

That would be awesome. LMAO

[quote="ako_barok"]It would be interesting who makes it first to Madame Tussauds--May or Pac.

If both (Floyd and Pacquiao) make it to the Wax Museum, they'd be placed side by side of each other. Visitors will see Floyd just standing (how boring) while they have to look down to see Pacquiao lying down, flat on his face soundly asleep (Priceless!). I believe Madame Tussauds already started the work on Pacquiao from that unforgettable but highly marketable picture of the KTFO loss to JMM.

LIKE!

Questions that need answers: Where you gonna build it? How many?

May be one near Quiapo Church, another one in Baclaran Church, another one in the heart of Chinatown, EDSA, etc. The possibilities are endless.

As that famous line from, "Field of Dreams," goes...

"If you build it, he they (Pactards) will come." (Italics, mine.)

They should give the same veneration to Manny's monument as they are doing now to the Black Nazarene but with a twist.

Instead of an annual procession along Manila only, it should be for the whole Philippines, starting and ending in Sarangani.

If it happens, that's going to be very controversial.

After Manny is done with boxing, maybe a statue like this might be worthy.

As big as this one.

Oh man, that's huge.

Tapos dadalhin yan sa taunang prosesyon all over the country... that would be a logistical nightmare.

I mean, you know.

if ever this project would push through, I would suggest that the monument would be raised in GenSan and not in Saranggani nor in Manila. And let the congressman or LGU of GenSan fund the project.

That's a possibility.

You can blame the Pactards for that one. They thought Pacquiao died when he got KTFO by JMM.

After building the monument of Pacman then you can see the pactards kneeling and praying to their idol the St. Manny Pacquiao
