Hmmmmm...here we go again,
Comparing the two Fil-Am fighters,
Let's wait for Brian to climb the bantam division
and then challenge Nonito,
But he must do it fast while Nonito's knees are still weak. :biglaugh: :biglaugh:

Their careers are intertwined..
Viloria defeated Donaire in the amateurs..
They must fight now as pros so Donaire can prove he is much better than Viloria.. :D

I have news for you. Abdullaev beat Miguel Cotto during Sydney Olympic. Do you know what happen they fought each other again at pro?
Beside, the villoria vs donaire US qualifying was controversial and a very close fight..

The fact still remains that the man who beat the man is much better.. :D

You have a point but it does not always result that way!

This thread is a robbery on Donaire...Pacland style!

Though this thread has its malicious intent, I cannot deny the fact that I have always thought Villoria as one of those current flyweight greats that will last for several years. Problem with Villoria is his mental state is quite weak, he should have been in the Ring's top 10 P4P long ago if not for his failure to maintain focus in boxing.

When Villoria felt heaven in claiming the WBC Fy belt from Eric Ortiz then dumped serious contender Jose Antonio Aguire in his first defense, it seemed hard for Villoria to cope with the admiration and the pedestal of being a world champion that in the process losing his focus in defending his belt. I hope Brain would continue to keep his feet on the ground just like Nonito Donaire who never stop being hungry for more titles.

Again I know the malicious humor behind this threat but never that I saw Villoria dominating his top opponents like Nonito Donaire.

Villoria beat Donaire in their amateur days but it is obvious that currently, Nonito Donaire has elevated not only his skills but his name as well in the boxing world than Villoria. Malicious philisophers here are using Villoria's beating of Donaire in their amateur days to defend their argument.

Well, the great Sugar Ray Leonard was beaten by Randy Shields in their Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) welterweight title fight in 1973. But in the pros, Sugar Ray dominated Randy Shields in 1978 via UD.

Why is it that everytime someone wins, he is immediately considered better than the other and the other is a bum? If Donaire wins in his next fight... people here wil say he is better than Pacquiao and Viloria. And if Pacquiao wins again in his next fight, everyone will say in unison Donaire and Viloria are bums...
