Why is it that everytime someone wins, he is immediately considered better than the other and the other is a bum? If Donaire wins in his next fight... people here wil say he is better than Pacquiao and Viloria. And if Pacquiao wins again in his next fight, everyone will say in unison Donaire and Viloria are bums...

What do you call that pinoy mentality again????

Yes, BV will never have a midget opponent.

Because Brian is already a midget, that's why.

Tinira na naman ninyo si Nonito eh nananahimik na nga ang tao.

It's just an opinion, everyone has his/her opinion to share. It's not crab mentality. Anyways, they are comparing two fil-ams, not against a foreigner.

I agree with TS, and Viloria is not as arrogant as Donaire. He beats Donaire in boxing and attitude.

From inconsistent and lacking in stamina to someone better than Donaire is a big big improvement for Brian Viloria. :D

he defeated Donaire in the amateur days but that was a long time ago. Donaire is now more technical with really good defensive and offensive skills. Viloria in his recent bouts gets hit too much but he's still a very good boxer but to say he's better than Donaire then that is something that i won't agree.

It was once said by Nonito that Viloria is not in his level
...when in fact it was DOnaire who has yet to win against Viloria..

I observed the great improvements of Brian, style and stamina wise.
Like the other Pinoys, i'm happy for his victory.
His timing and precise punching esp.the left hook were amazing.
This i think is a new Brian who could reap more honors in his profession.

But with due respect to Brian,
With that style of Segura and assuming he faces Nonito
in a weight comfortable to both of them,
Segura will be ko'd within the first 4 rounds. 8)

If Nonito has not mastered the art of running, I guess he will be hit as well.. :D

let me join your bandwagon bro. BV is much better than Donaire. Donaire is only good with midgets. :D

This is not a bandwagon thread bro..
I am just stating a fact that the man who beat the man is much better.. :D

You mean, Singsurat is better than Pacquiao.. :?

Nonito fighting Brian Viloria doesn't do him anything good.

If he loses to Brian then he be branded as BUM, OVERHYPED, ETC...
If he wins / or Ko'es Brian then he be branded as only good fighting midgets and avoids fighting someone his size..

For argument's sake, Fighting Brian Viloria is a LOSE-LOSE situation. Not worth discussing.

Hmmmmm...here we go again,
Comparing the two Fil-Am fighters,
Let's wait for Brian to climb the bantam division
and then challenge Nonito,
But he must do it fast while Nonito's knees are still weak. :biglaugh: :biglaugh:

comparing the two is like comparing an apple to kamoteng kahoy!
