he defeated Donaire in the amateur days but that was a long time ago. Donaire is now more technical with really good defensive and offensive skills. Viloria in his recent bouts gets hit too much but he's still a very good boxer but to say he's better than Donaire then that is something that i won't agree.

Narvaez would disagree with you bro..

Comparing the two Fil-Am fighters,
Let's wait for Brian to climb the bantam division
and then challenge Nonito,
But he must do it fast while Nonito's knees are still weak. :biglaugh: :biglaugh:

comparing the two is like comparing an apple to kamoteng kahoy!

Who is the kamoteng kahoy?

Next time TS posts a thread, at least think if it's a sensible topic...

Nonito has nothing to gain for fighting Brian Viloria

Nonito will continue to be branded as MIDGET ASSASSIN if he Ko'es BV, and he also be remarked as BUM,OVERHYPED, ETC if he loses to BV...

at least, if you open a topic, make it FAIR and SQUARE that objects of discussion can be discussed fairly and squarely...

Did you see what happened to welterweight Pacman against the lightweight Marquez?
He almost lost to the smaller fighter.. :D

I dont know why people call Donaire a midget killer,i think he is just tall in his division. We all know that boxing is not about height.you consider Montiel as a midget?but he is a 3 time world champion and so is Pancho villa,Mike Tyson in heavyweight,Manny Pacquiao etc.If its about height then Valuev should have beaten anyone else.Im not against anybody but i think the term midget killer should be drop.
Anyways,BV and ND fight in bantamweight is a dream match considering that Viloria defeated Donaire in the amateurs.Viloria's amateur career is 230-8 while Donaire has 68-8 with 5 TKOs.

As a young American amateur, Donaire won three national championships: the National Silver Gloves in 1998, National Junior Olympics in 1999, and the National USA Tournament in 2000. He also won the International Junior Olympics in 1999.

In 1999, Viloria won the US championships, the national Golden Gloves and the world title as an amateur at the 1999 World Amateur Boxing Championships in Houston, Texas but lost early at the Sydney Olympics 2000 against Brahim Asloum, who he had beaten in the 1999 World Championships in Houston, Texas.

Fast forward,Viloria and Donaire are both champs now and respected and feared in their division and if fate would decide that they mix it up it will be a treat for boxing fans.
ND by decision

10 yrs ago BV is better than ND, but at present no way!!... This is like saying Rustico or Morales is better than Pacquiao. No way that you can match BV against Nonito today. This is a massacre to BV's career if somebody put them inside the ring today.
