Can't post the link because I'm just using my mobile phone... But it's on boxingscene.com... If it's true, then the Canelo card, is in deep trouble..

If Julio Cesar Chávez Jr. vs. Sergio Martínez comes off as planned on September 15th at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, there is a very strong possibility that Hernán ‘Tyson‘ Márquez (33-2, 25KOs) and Brian Viloria (31-3, 18KOs) will collide in a flyweight unification on the show. BoxingScene.com was advised that discussions are ongoing.

The biggest obstacle, at the moment, is the World Boxing Association's recent order which directs Marquez to fight his mandatory Juan Carlos Reveco (28-1, 16KOs). Last week it was revealed that Marquez might face Filipino contender Fernando Lumacad in July, but nevertheless the problem with the WBA's mandatory order regarding Reveco has to resolved. (from Boxingscene)

Hernan Marquez vs Brian Viloria unification bout will be a very good fight to watch. Both fighters are equally aggressive and will most likely go for a KO if opportunity present itself. :D

Seeing Viloria's last two fights I think he will be able to take care of Marquez handily. Remember Segura was a knockout artist and he will walk everyone down the line and obliterate them just like he did to Calderon but unfortunately for him Brian withstood all he threw at him and TKO'd him instead. Brian's confidence is in cloud 9 I think he will make Marquez look ordinary and later on walk him down the line and KO his butt as well. But it will be a another good matchup between Mexicans vs Filipinos, good for rating and a good financial move for both Fighters. I like this match up, I hope they make it happen!

Isn't Tyson Marquez a Donaire leftover?

Yap just like Manny was Rustico Torrecampo's leftover. In a more serious note they did fought when Marquez said he was still young and he was rushed for that fight and wasn't a Champion back then; but no matter I would still say Viloria will knock him out just like he did Segura. Go Brian and Go Nonito, make us Filipinos proud!
